If you cannot view or use this form one can be COPYRIGHT OWNER REVIEWS APPLICATION AND DETERMINES TERMS OF AGREEMENT AND FEES. Fees include some or all of the following: Licensing fee, digital imaging. SIGN LICENSING AGREEMENT AND REMIT WITH PAYMENT. If your project is an accepted use, the Agreement will state details and conditions of permitted use, and fee/s accessed, and the full image information, i.e. title, date, etc. and the required credit line/s. digital FILES - by DIRECT INTERNET download or BURNED ONTO A CD/DVD or as a print by mail. HOW ARE FEES ASSESSED? Licensing fee is based on many factors determined by the questions in our Licensing Application. We give a free Quote,,"sans-serif";color:white'>If you need us to locate images a Research Fee may apply.

If we do not have a digital file prepared of the image sufficient to meet your project specifications there may be a service charge to rescan the negative.

Possible charges for digital imaging to make it ready for production.

Lower fees may be negotiated for use of more than 5 images

Certain non-profits can negotiate lower or waiver of fees depending on project.

Preferred method of image delivery is an FTP download. If you wish to receive the image on CD/DVD there is a Burn to Disc charge + Shipping/Postage.

Purchasing VS Licensing Images

When you purchase a photograph or other work of art, from us or anyone else, you should assume that artwork is under protection under Copyright Laws. Thus, when you purchase artwork, you purchase only the right to the physical piece of art which can be used for display, given away or sold to someone else. You are not purchasing the right to copy or reproduce it in anyway or in any form. In order to copy it, reproduce it or publish the art you must get written permission and probably pay a Use or Licensing Fee. Please note that these fees are very reasonable and that not all of our images are available for licensing.
